Tucked away on 1041 Baylor Street is Austin’s largest outdoor gallery featuring mural projects sponsored by the HOPE Campaign. HOPE is a non-profit organization that aims to involve artists in supporting social projects arount the world. The gallery of murals’ is themed “Local to Global.”
Like the Guerrilla Urban Art, these murals possess a power of beauty to be reckoned with… I know I could stand for hours, as if walking in a museum, staring at the outdoor display of art.
I love the community of Austin- the way we work as a group to impact the greater good and, in turn, impact the world.
What does “Local to Global” mean to you?
